The 10 best Trento Doc September 2021
The production area of Trentodoc sparkling wines is delimited by the territories of the province of Trento, in particular in the Adige, Vallagarina, Cembra, Valsugana, Sarca and Giudicarie valleys.
The characteristic of this production area is the altitude above sea level, which reaches up to 800 metres, and which has earned Trentodoc sparkling wines the definition of "Mountain Bubbles". Trentodoc sparkling wines are only ever produced using the classic method, the history of which goes back to the early 1900s with the first Chardonnay vines and the wit of Giulio Ferrari.
